Vita huset: Rehabilitering istället för legalisering
Vita huset säger att legalisering av cannabis inte är ett alternativ för att få bukt med drogproblemen. Man tror istället på rehabilitering för att minska efterfrågan på droger, och blundar återigen för huvudproblemen med lagstiftningen: ett brott utan offer som straffar brukaren, och den illegala marknaden som föds ur förbudet.
