I definitely agree!
I just found something else when browsing through the texts. It’s in the section about the Gateway Theory: “Att gå från tobak och alkohol till heroin är som att gå från att köra moped till att bli formel 1-förare, utan att någonsin ha kört en vanlig bil.”
Unless I completely misunderstood the quote, that’s like giving away the ace. The obvious “reply” is: “Then don’t let anyone drive a car, and nobody will get the chance to try Formula One!”
I really really think they should get rid of that line!
Edit: Found another one: “England, exempelvis, har bland de striktaste lagarna och samtidigt högst drogbruk i hela Europa.”
England might have very restrictive laws, but the cops won’t even arrest someone carrying a small amount of cannabis! It doesn’t matter what’s in the “book”. It’s how it’s carried out that matters. And Englands police force have a really relaxed view on cannabis!
