Hello stoners,
FINALLY back and good to go. I didnt have a camera for the longest time and life has been kinda busy for me.
So what have u missed…..well as u can see its more of a SoG this time, i couldnt keep up with all the tying down with 15 girls in the room, i did a very light LST in the very beginning weeks. I’m starting to get fat juicy frosty nugs on a few of the girls
, they’re maturing much faster than the rest for whatever reason. But they’re not near as massive as the others so we’ll see. Once again, just like in most my grows, its very uneven. Meaning they mature at different speeds. Which sucks cuz i’m giving them all the same treatment so it shouldnt be happening. It also makes it hard adjusting the lights and covering the entire canopy cuz all the plants are at different heights 😡The heat in the room is still a big problem, its obvious the girls are struggling a bit. I’ve raised the lights as much i can and i leave the door open most of the time during the day cycle, this helps alot. I’m starting to wonder if getting another light was a good move considering the size of my room, maybe better with a fat well ventilated 600w HPS. Then again my ventilation setup isnt ideal so i could improve there…
The last pic is a little bud i tested, very nice kick indeed 😉

yea i’ve heard similar things before…and u know to be honest, they COULD be selling me some random strain and i’d never know..BUT the quality of the smoke has always been top notch and thats what i care most about so it doesnt bother me at all…..i mean i cant confirm or deny that it is in fact Super Lemon Haze i’m growing, but the quality of smoke i get in the end is so good that i cant argue

I raised the lights a bit, hoping that helps. Problem is the hotter it gets outside the worse its gonna be….only good thing is the lights are only on for 12 hours these days instead of 18 -

First time i ordered from some other site. 800kr and i didnt get a damn thing, since then its been GHS every time. Not worth the risk when i have a 100% reliable seed dealer. Plus Arjan is da man!

just some pics…theyre really starting to grow quite vigorously as always when the bloom cycle starts. These girls are gonna get HUGE!
Edit: The slight leaf curling at the tops is really starting to bug me…its no big deal really, as they grow it’ll become less and less apparent. But still, really would love to know what it is. Ideas?

Yea thats why i got started too….saw a great growlog and said “well shit i can do that too!” and the rest is history as they say.
Not really that big of a grow tho, thinking of moving into a nicer apartment then filling this place top to bottom with weed. Thinking i could probably fit a good 100 plants in here, maybe more. But thats just a pipe dream i think 😆

Little update!
Started the bloom cycle on friday, we’ll be seeing some big changes very soon
U can see the bad plant in these pics in the front row, a crap seed so i cant do much about her. At least she’s *trying* to grow
Sweet, finally a Sativa enthusiast like myself!
They look magnificent! But use other fertilizers than Hesi, their fertilizers and nutrition products are not to be trusted according to many industrial growers I know. Gold Label is better as you said, you just have to blend it right so you don’t feed them to much, gluttony never pays off
Yea starting to think Hesi isnt so good either….but for now it’ll do i guess.

little pic update.
as u can see, the bigger ladies are getting a bit of yellowing on the bottom leaves. meaning i’ll be starting with stronger nutes next watering. not much more to say that that.

Close call!!!
So today i woke up this morning as usual. Noticed the lights weren’t on….strange, as they should be on most of the time (18/6)
So i checked the timer….hmmm looked ok to me. Checked the lights, no problems there. Then i checked the power cables. WOW! All i can say is DO NOT USE CHEAP POWER CABLES AND CORDS!!!! Seriously!!!
I’m extremely lucky i was home at the time or i’m almost certain my apartment would have burned down. The entire inside of the extension cord had been burned away and melted, the splitter was completely destroyed and burned and melted to a crisp. The pic shows the extension cable, the splitter looked much much worse, threw it away before i took a pic unfortunately.
Smelled of burning plastic like hell in my room. I’ve since switched to a different outlet and cable, and unplugged the intake ventilation fan to try and reduce the amount of power running through the cables. Very very serious problem. Most likely my light cycle has gotten all fucked up as well, considering just switching to the bloom cycle immediately. Hoping none of them herm from the stress.

Never used Canna. Supposed to be very good stuff for growing cannabis, lol hence the name
A general rule of thumb tho. Dont listen to the “recommended dose” for the nutrients. Its almost always way too strong. Try adding first 1/4 of the recommended dose, then wait for the reaction and slowly add more until u find the balance. Usually u wanna wait a good 3 weeks or more until adding any nutrients at all

yellowing and eventual dying of the bottom-most leaves is almost guaranteed to happen in any grow. In fact it can be good to remove the bottom leaves that dont get much of light in the beginning of the flowering period, this focuses the energy of the plant to vertical growth and the top most buds, which are the ones that get real fat and yummy 😈
Looking great, nothing to be alarmed about
If there was any real problem the yellowing would slowly spread to the top of the plant. Then u can start thinking about taking action (possible flushing osv)

Started the LST process last week, already noticing a difference. Dont understand why everyone doesn’t LST. It works guaranteed every time and its damn near impossible to fuck up.
Gave them 1/5th, or 10ml of TNT complex last week as well. See no negative results, in fact they look better. The growth is really booming, definitely going to continue using BioBizz. They’ve never grown this fast before
Gonna start flowering very very soon. Probably next week, already seeing the very first signs of pre-flowers 😉
The temperatures don’t seem to be stunting the growth at all, just worried about the increased risk of herming. I’ll have to keep a close eye on it.

Little update. The girls are getting bigger, i havent seen any signs that they want nutes so i’m gonna wait another week or so and see if the lush green color they have now starts to yellow.
There are 2 girls that absolutely refuse to grow. They look more or less the same as when they sprouted, but i’m gonna blame that on faulty seeds. U can see one of them in the first pic. Not bad considering throughout all my grows this is the first time its happened. GHS

I picked Super Lemon Haze because of the sheer quality of the smoke. I grew SLH once before and i think it could possibly be the best weed i’ve ever smoked, let alone grown…which says quite a bit seeing as how i’ve been smoking since i was about 12 years old. A bit young i know, and i wish i would have waited a couple more years, but thats life i guess

It wouldnt bother me so much if there were rules saying why its “en hund,” and not “ett hund” for example. I remember asking my teacher when i moved here why its “en” and not “ett”…and she said “det är bara så”……..wtf? am i supposed to memorize every word in the swedish language?!? At least in english there are given sets of rules. For example: “I” before “E” except after “C”. Thats a great word-play that applies almost* always…and it even rhymes!! Can it be simpler?

Quick update. the little ones getting nice and big. temperatures still a problem, but i cant think of any solution to this…max temp in my thermometer is 34 😮 and thats just no good at all, way too high. i need to shave off a good 10 degrees somehow…

Well i’ve been keeping and eye on the temps in the room with the new light and they are in fact too high. 33 is the highest it gets, which is much hotter than i’m comfortable with….however i’m not sure theres much i can do about it besides raising the lights a bit more, then again that sort of defeats the purpose of having a cooltube.
Tho i’m thinking i can get away with raising them a bit considering i have 3 lights now. Think i may just have to do that
