busted in sweden
Hello.
I am a Danish citizen. I august I was busted on swedish ground, Helsingborg, for smoking a POT joint. The cops cuffed med..unbeleivable shit… they piss tested me.. and questioned med. I told the i bought the joint in christiania.. and smoked it on a night out with my mate in helsingborg.The fuckers let me go and even gave me back my reefer???
So i smoked the rest and took a cab to the ferry and went home.Now 2 months later I just received a letter from Sweden telling me to admit that i am charged for deliberatly smoking cannabis in sweden?
I had no possetion, just one finished pot joint?
Should I answer the letter? And what will I be charged with?? A Fine?That shit i crazy???

Actually I think you could be in a little bit of trouble as you told the cops you bought the joint in Denmark and took it with you to Sweden.
I’m afraid your possession charge is the one prerolled joint.
I have heard of busts where the cops never found anything so they scraped all pipes/bongs etc and used that as the possession charge.I’m not very good with laws and hopefully someone with accurate information will reply.

The prerolled Joint was finished, and they gave me back the roach, which was vital evidence LOL
Well in the letter possetion and “smuggeling” is not mentioned. Only “uppsåtlagen bruk av cannabis”. -
Next time you will be busted, refuse to give them any urine sample. Force them to blood test you.

if you are smoking weed its going to show in your blood for around 24h
as long you dont hear anything from the danish police i think your cool but stay away from sweden for anwhile.if the gave you back the roosch then the cant charge you for possesion only for being intoxicatedon swedish land yada yada yada sweden is not the best country in the world to smoke in.

Actually it’s between 3-12hours in most cases. It’s easier to get away with a bloodtest than a urine one.
Well IF you haven’t smoked in weeks and get busted smoking the first joint then do the urinetest. Otherwise do the bloodtest, it is more work for the police. And if they hassle us then we hassle them 😉
XLNT.. Was the letter a registered one? In other words, did you have to sign or pick it up from somewhere?
If it just dropped in your mailbox then just throw it away, letters do get lost in the mail you know 😉
