Thanks Holken for your faster answer, I discard completly the confession, but I don’t know if I need to write them a letter saying that this drug is not mine.

    Thanks again.
    Tack

I think you should do what an “innocent” person would have done. In other words write a letter stating that you don’t know anything about this and that your shocked that someone have tried to send drugs to your address.

Isn’t there a phonenumber you can call? In the letter from the customs office?
If there is, just call them and say you know nothing about it. CONFESS TO NOTHING! You know nothing about this letter.

Why not try googles excellent translation tool:
    http://www.google.com/language_tools?hl=sv

Also, you could send them a letter in you own language and explain to them that you don’t understand what they want from you, and ask them to translate their questions into whatever language you speak!

If they suspect you of a crime I belive you are entitled a interpreter.

A phonecall is much easier and I don’t think your poor english skills will be a problem. The customs officer will probably not be that good at english either. Just say: -I know nothing!
If the customs officer gets pushy, say: -No comprendo! and hang up.
No one who gets these letters ever confess, and the customs officer knows this. Without a confession they have no evidence. I’m sure they won’t be to pushy.
