It’s very individual, of course. I always have a hard time sleeping if I work out late, because I get my adrenalin level up.

I prefer just chilling out a few hours before bedtime. Chilling out does not include the TV for me, but it could include a book for example. Dimming out the lights a bit, have a cup of tea, a good book. That used to work for me back in the days.
